Delivery & Returns

In order for your item(s) to be dispatched next day delivery, orders will need to be made before 12.00pm the day before.

Once your package is on its way to you a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at the online checkout.

Your order will require a signature on delivery.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs and duty taxes on arrival. In this instance Love Of Dame is not liable for any such payments.

Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class: £6.95 (Aim to deliver next working day)
Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class: £5.70 (2-3 working days)
European Delivery: £12.00 (3-5 working days)
International Delivery: £15.00 (5-7 working days)

RETURNS
We hope that you will always be happy with whatever you purchase from Love Of Dame however, no lingerie will be refundable or returnable.

Should you need to return an item that is not lingerie, we are happy to provide a full refund for up to 14 days after receiving your item. Please notify us via email so we are made aware of the arrival of the goods.

Items will be returned via post. Refunds will be credited to you via your original method of payment.

All items must be returned unworn and unwashed with its original tags attached. Failure to do this will result in your refund request being rejected and the items will be sent back to you.

We are unable to cover costs for items returned via post, please send the goods by recorded delivery to obtain a proof of postage and tracking number.
